The Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 ("EGTRRA") provides for a "catch-up" contribution for employees age 50 or older. As a participant in the 401(k) Retirement Plan, if you will be age 50 or older by 12/31/08 you will be permitted to make an additional pre-tax salary contribution of up to $5,000 in 2008. This additional contribution will not be taken into account for nondiscrimination testing purposes or plan contribution limits.
Catch-Up Contribution Form Form may be completed online, but requires printing in order to sign and submit for processing.
